(UAS). UAS has provided full actuarial consulting services to many pension and health care plans since 1951 and is one of the most respected firms in the Taft-Hartley region.

The deal follows a series of key acquisitions by Foster & Foster in recent years including Beyer Barber in Pennsylvania, Rodwan Consulting in Michigan, Key Benefit Concepts in Wisconsin, as well as Bartel Associates and Demsey Filliger & Associates, both based in California. UAS Professionals will continue to operate out of their old office in Carmel, Indiana.
